We are so blessed to be able to spend Easter with 3 of our Grandkids. And we had a very fun day. We all went to early church, came home to find out the Easter Bunny had come. Then had some Easter fun coloring eggs. We hope you all had some time with family and enjoyed the day also.

Happy Easter Hailey! Mark went to the store the other day and brought home a large Easter duck for Hailey. She LOVES it! She carries it around and uses it for a pillow. It is so funny to see a dog carry around a big yellow duck!
Dick and his cousin Michael have birthdays a few days apart so we all went out to dinner to celebrate! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOYS!

We went to visit our kids for Christmas and of course took Hailey along. We also took the blanket along that she sleeps on. Well the night we arrived home we were tired and not everything was taken upstairs right away. We were getting ready for bed and couldn’t find Hailey. We heard something on the steps and this is what we saw……..She had gone to the office, found her blanket and dragged it all the way to where she sleeps! What a smart dog!

I just had to post this fun picture of all of our grandkids. They all got matching PJ’s for Christmas so first thing Christmas morning (after Santa’s gifts were opened of course) we had to snap a picture of them. Aren’t they darling!!!!!
I think everyone knows our son Mark as he still lives with us and helps around the resort. This has been a great place for him to grow up as he loves fishing and hunting so much but I think he likes visiting at the campfires as his favorite part of resort life! I thought this was a really fun picture of him and his Grandma!

Many of our customers have met our Grandkids Colton and Kaitlyn and this year Andrew so I thought you would also enjoy seeing a picture of their whole family. They also live in the same town near Milwaukee as our son Rick. Korey works for a Towing Co. in Milwaukee and our daughter Becky is a waitress at Black Wolf Run Golf Course in Kohler, Wi. Colton (12) & Kaitlyn (9) have come to the resort in the summer for 6 years now. Andrew (4) came two week also this summer for the first time.

Since we were all together for Mom’s birthday on Sunday I was able to get some good pictures of the family. The first I am going to share with you is our oldest Son Rick, his wife Jennifer and their two girls Lizzie and Sophia. Many of our customers don’t know we have an older son and never met him because Rick only lived up here with us one year. They live in the Milwaukee area and Rick manages a night club, Papa’s Social Club on 72 and Burleigh. Jennifer is a stay at home mom. Lizzie is 8 in 3rd grade and Sophia is 1 1/2.

Today is my mom’s birthday and she has reached a real special milestone – 90 years! She still lives alone, drives, plays bridge almost every day and lives a full life. On Sunday we had a surprise party for her. We had lots of fun with lot of people, good food and family. Happy Birthday Mom!

Today is our son Rick’s Birthday. He is our oldest child that lives in Grafton, WI a suburb of Milwaukee. He is married to a lovely girl, Jennifer and has 2 daughters, Lizzie and Sophia. We are very proud of you Rick and wish you a very happy birthday today!
