The previous pictures were taken on the famous street in Hurley. This was taken in Ironwood. Dick was amazed that the bucket used to take out the iron ore was so small. Just some fun history for you to enjoy.

Bayfield

We took another trip to Bayfield the other day. And once again had to visit Maggie’s for lunch. This time we were greeted by 3 new people waiting outside to have some fun. They were characters and lots of fun! I hope you enjoy them too!
While were were riding around the other day we saw turkeys everywhere and then spotted these geese! I think they were all out enjoying the sun which had disappeared for awhile!

Lake Superior at Bayfield

Just sharing one last group of pictures from our trip to Bayfield last week. These are the boats docked on Lake Superior, the coast guard rescue boats and the ferry to Madaline Island. Enjoy!

After we left Hurley we continued on the Ashland, it had been raining so was able to get this beautiful stormy picture of Lake Superior.
The we drove on the Bayfield where we had lunch at our favorite place, Maggies. They have the best white fish sandwich with sweat potato frys! And probably 10,000 flamingos all over the restaurant. That is our grandson Colton in the restaurant.
