Over the summer we have many people who like to swim across the lake and back. We always make sure someone is following with a boat in case there are other boats on the lake that might not see them swimming. We have had Neil who swims once during the week every year he has been here, and now John joins him. Then DJ and his sister swam across and back and a few others but no one has beat Sarah who’s in the picture with her dad following her. Yes, look close on the left of the picture and you’ll see her! Her dad told me she swam 12 times during the week they were here. She is on the swim team and practiced faithfully. She definitely swims like a champ!
Tubing Fun

Our Granddaughter Kate is on the left on the tube with her friends Emma in the middle and Hannah on the right. They were zooming around the lake for about an hour having a wonderful time. Earlier they swam out to the raft and jumped in and out many times. What a fun way to spend this beautiful sunny day.

What do you do on a hot and humid day? Only one thing, get in the water and play. These kids spent most of the day having fun on the raft, tubing and swimming!
