As I was driving into town tonight I was in awe of how pretty the trees looked. Each one was whiter and prettier the farther down the road you looked.

The kids that were here over Christmas week had a great time in the snow. They created the best Booth Lake Snowman right out in front of the Lake Home! So say Hi to our very own snowman or is it a snowlady?

A Stormy Kromer Snowman!

Minocqua has the largest snowman wearing the largest Stormy Kromer and it is quite a sight to see! In case you don’t know what a Stormy Kromer is I had a post last year talking all about the great winter hats made in Ironwood, Mich. This one is 8ft in diameter!
Eagle!

Mark did some ice fishing so the ice is thin where his holes were and it didn’t take the Eagle long to find the hole. This Eagle was sitting on the ice right in front of the Lake Home. So fun to see them any time of the year!

Here is a picture of Booth Lake just at the end of the driveway. And yes the snow is plowed into a pile that almost reaches the top of the swing.
